FEATURED ENGAGEMENT
Bundled tech buildout for new offices, relocations, and expansions. One project manager owns network, wireless, conference rooms, physical security, and endpoint deployment from blueprint to day one.
SUMMARY
A new office build is where IT projects multiply. Six vendors, three timelines, two GCs, and a landlord with an opinion about everything. Most companies end up with a CIO or office manager personally herding the tech scope, calling vendors to ask whether the cabling crew finished before the conference room install team showed up, and discovering on move-in day that the badge system was never integrated with HR.
Techvera collapses the tech scope into a single engagement. One PM owns network, wireless, conference rooms, physical security, endpoint deployment, and go-live coverage. We coordinate with your GC, electrical, low-voltage, and architect on a shared timeline. The result is an office that works on day one, not in the third week of operations.

Engagement Formats
Most common. Scoped from architectural plans and a kickoff workshop. Includes all five workstreams.
For complex or fast-moving builds where scope evolves during construction.
If you have an internal PM and want to engage Techvera for one or two component services rather than the full bundle.
New Site Activation can hand off to your internal IT team, another MSP, or roll into a Techvera ONE managed services agreement.

FAQ
Ideally during space planning, before cabling is bid. Six to nine months for HQ-class builds, three to four months for typical offices. Faster engagements are possible but compress the planning window.
No. Techvera is not a general contractor. We coordinate with your GC, electrical contractor, low-voltage vendor, and architect. We own the tech scope inside their broader build.
Yes. The bundled engagement is the cleanest outcome, but each component service (wireless, deployment, conference rooms, physical security) can be engaged separately under its own page.
Common. New Site Activation often runs as an extension of internal IT during the build, then hands documentation and ongoing operations back to the internal team.
We focus on DFW and NYC. International work is project-by-project through vetted partners under our PM.
