RIA cutover during quarter-end with zero reporting slip
- Challenge
- Incumbent provider could not produce a clean archive export or a defensible chain-of-custody record, and the firm's SEC exam was 90 days out. Portfolio-accounting integrations had been failing silently, delaying performance reporting by several days each quarter.
- Outcome
- We ran a 45-day parallel migration of email, archive, and identity, producing chain-of-custody documentation for every record class. Portfolio-accounting integrations were rebuilt against monitored pipelines. The firm closed the next quarter on its original calendar and entered the SEC exam with a complete, indexed evidence package.
